Adventurous Fissure Diving Tour Highlights
Our Adventurous Fissure Diving Tour includes: Diving in Silfra (Þingvellir National Park Waters)
Silfra is a magnificient place for diving due since it contains clear water and divers are literally swimming between continents North America and Eurasia. Much effort to swim is not needed since the mild current makes it easier for you to swim forward. Silfra offers open water diving, caving and deep diving. The depth is about 40 meters open water and 60 meters inside of a cave.
A PADI Dive Master or a PADI Instructor will guide you through the diving process. There are different diving routes that you can choose from. We recommend that you wear warm undergarments beneath the diving suit and bring extra clothing. You will have to have experience as a diver and be familiar with all the equipment involved.
