This tour starts by visiting Nesjavellir, a high temperature geothermal area and then proceeding to Thingvellir National Park. The Icelandic parliament Alþingi was established here in 930 AD. It is also a place where the vikings made most of their decisions. Thingvellir is also of geological significance. It borders the two tectonic plates Eurasia and North America. Our next stop is at Fontana Geothermal Baths. Relax and enjoy the pure Icelandic nature. Soak in the geothermal pools and natural steam rooms. Head for the waterfall Gullfoss. Gullfoss is one of Europe´s biggest waterfall. Finally head to the Geysir geothermal area completing a day of wellness and beauty of Iceland.
